How do I claim a malicious customer review?

Our team reviews every submitted comment and review before publishing them. This moderation consists only in a superficial control for bad language and harassment. 

In case your listing gets a malicious review :

  1. Instantly reply to the review and adjust the statement.
  2. Visit our listing reviews page and mark the concerned review as “Report” or “Spam” if this user has already written a malicious review.
  3. Wait till the review has been processed, this can take up to 24 hours.
