How do I accept bookings?

The following instructions only apply if you have already created a bookable service and got a booking. In this case, you will receive an email which informs you about an incoming booking and you have chosen that your service “requires confirmation”.

To accept or reject a booking request:

  1. Go to the orders tab of your Dashboard on mylocal
  2. Check the booking details
  3. If you want to accept the booking, press “confirm”. 
  4. If you do not want to accept the booking request, visit your orders tab and click on “customer note” of the booking request.
  5. You can now describe to your customer, why his booking request could not be processed.
